Studio Massage · Village of Oak Creek
Sometimes you just want a great massage.
Not everything needs a pattern found. Some days you want oil, long strokes, and an hour where nothing is asked of you. That is here too, on the same table, with the same hands, ten minutes from the trailheads.
Three ways to go
Pick the massage. Pick the length.
Swedish
Long, flowing strokes with oil to let the whole nervous system stand down. Pressure to your liking. The one to book after a long drive or a week that asked too much.
60 min $150 · 90 min $215
Deep Tissue
Firmer, slower work for knots, chronic tightness, and the soreness after a hard week. Depth you can feel, never forced. You set the pressure the whole time.
60 min $175 · 90 min $250
Ninety minutes is the one to book if you can. An hour goes fast once the whole body is on the table.
What to expect
A quiet room, a warm table, and no agenda but yours.
- A short check-in. Anything sore, anything to avoid, how much pressure you like. Two minutes, then we start.
- Oil, sheets, the usual. Undress to your comfort. You are draped the whole time.
- The pressure is yours. Say more or less at any point. I would rather adjust than have you brace or wish for more.
- If I find a pattern, I'll say so. Some knots are not knots. If what you have is the kind of thing myofascial release is built for, I'll tell you, and you can decide later. No upsell on the table.

What people say afterward
“Nicole was a lifesaver!!! I had suffered with shoulder pain for months and it really had ramped up during our trip to Sedona. I left feeling like a new woman! It's been 3 days and I am still feeling great!! Thanks so much, Nicole!!!”
“I am so thankful I discovered Sedona Myofascial Release while vacationing in the area. Nicole is extremely gifted and gave my body the Myofascial Release it needed, which regular deep tissue massages couldn't do for me back home in Iowa. I'm already looking forward to booking again with Nicole the next time we get back to lovely Sedona. I'd give six stars if that was an option!”
“I have been under the care of Nicole Richards for about 6 months now due to a work injury. She is an amazing myofascial release specialist and massage therapist. She helps unlock mental loops that prevent the body from healing itself and gives exercises that support and strengthen muscles ligaments and tendons. I have learned so much from her and she has helped me to help heal myself. She also is excellent if you require a Myofascial approach to help release certain stresses on the body. I cannot recommend her enough!”
“Nicole is very intuitive and a great listener. She listens to you and to your body. She is so good at responding to the needs of your body and it's readiness for change. Her expertise in myofascial release is amazing. I've experienced much healing from her massages. I highly recommend you give her an opportunity to help you in your healing journey.”
“This was my first time. I knew a little bit about it but it truly was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had! I've experienced A LOT of modalities in my life (58 yrs old). Nicole was patient and open to any questions I'd had. The experience was "subtle" yet impactful! I felt EVERY release!! Nicole's energy was pure and calm! I can't wait to see her again! Thank you, Nicole!”
“Nicole is a great Therapist. From the time I walk in she's able to assess how my body is doing and work on those areas. I've had a fall, while hiking and a major car accident. She's very professional, warm, and attentive. I highly recommend her for any physical trauma issues and beyond…..”
