Pricing & membership

Every session is private. Every rate is simple.

All sessions are one hour, one-on-one, by appointment. The more consistently you train, the better the rate, because this method rewards consistency and the pricing should too.

Single Session $120 per session

One full private hour on the equipment. The right way to try the work and feel what it does.

The membership, in full

Built for people who are done starting over

The membership begins with a three-month commitment, and that's deliberate. This work builds week to week: twelve sessions is enough time for your body to genuinely feel the difference, not just glimpse it. After the first three months, it simply continues month to month, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Members get four sessions a month, booked to fit your week. Most people keep the same day and hour so it becomes the hour of the week the body counts on, but the slot is yours to move.

  • $399 per month, charged automatically on the 1st
  • 4 sessions per calendar month
  • 3-month initial term, then month to month
  • Cancel anytime after the initial term with 30 days notice
  • One unused session may roll to the following month
  • One membership pause per year, up to 30 days
  • Your rate is locked for as long as your membership is continuous

Studio policies

The fine print, kept short

  • Sessions are by appointment only, in the Village of Oak Creek. The exact address is provided when you book.
  • 24-hour notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice count as used.
  • Packages are paid in full at the first session and are non-transferable.
  • Package expiration windows (6 and 12 weeks) exist because spacing sessions too far apart genuinely undermines the work.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in; socks are worn on the equipment. Bring water.

Questions about which option fits? Text me and tell me about your body and your schedule. I'll give you a straight answer, including "start with a single session" if that's the honest one.

Start with one hour. Your body will tell you the rest.
